Week 4 & 5: LHHG Challenge encourages you to walk for 10 minutes or more a day.
For those of you who are not active, please walk a few minutes at a time to build-up to be able to walk briskly for 10 minutes or more. Where should you walk? LHHG suggest in your neighborhood, in a shopping mall, in a park, on a track, or on a treadmill. Also, invite your family or your friends to walk with you to get them moving. Finding 10 minutes in your day to dedicate to walking and to enjoying another moment for you is not hard, once you do it. And for those who are active, keep doing what you are doing. LHHG Challenge is asking you to continue taking small steps to make sure that you are exploring and enjoying the journey to living healthy, happy and green everyday.
